Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Pickers Map account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (instant)
- Open The Pickers Map app and sign in
- Go to the Account tab → Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
Or request deletion by email
Email support@thepickersmap.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and email address
- Your profile information and saved favorites
- Your notification/alert settings and device push tokens
What may be retained
Sale listings you posted publicly are anonymized (no longer linked to you) rather than removed, so the map stays accurate for shoppers. We may retain records we’re legally required to keep (for example, consent and safety records) for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
